He had to go home, test it and discover it was wrong one. Back to Staples for a refund!!! I suggested he go to Best Buy instead. the staff there was incredibly helpful !!! Not only did they find the right charger for him after he paid for it, they allowed him to test it to make sure it was the right fit and they also tested his outlet square plug to make sure it was working.
