    Completely disorganized .. no signage and not well advised .. seemed like I was being ignored and…read moreit is not clear where you stand and why someone else gets picked ahead of you. The lady working there saw me as I could not find the QR code so she said I needed to print my label .. I went to a printer only one free and realized I didn't have my credit card. Went back to car and sat there and found the QR code through Wayfair and stood there and waited over five minutes. Maybe an extra staff member every time I go it's crazy busy today it was at 3:00pm. I ended up leaving and will go djtecy to a fed ex location and I will avoid this store from now on.

    My review is zero (O). For Staples computer service. And for a lack of response when I emailed the…read morestore manager, and his supervisors. For this I give Staples executives a minus 10 !!!!! Never, never, never sign up for the "Home Plan" through this store. The service technicians are liars. They did not give me any documentation to support their service, nor any documentation as to what the Home Plan service agreement entails. All I received was a Staples Home Plan store receipt. They (the technicians) did not fix my computer. They did not scan my computer for viruses. They did not clean and update my computer. They only did the cleaning and installed the virus protection after I brought the computer back to the store to voice my concern that nothing had been done. Then they downloaded files to my external hard drive (ehd). That was after I brought everything home, checked the "ehd" and found nothing was on it. It was a blank. I took my computer and external hard drive back to the store. There is more I could share but I have already shared it with the non-responsive management at Staples. I think they may have all died, or left their employment....? After their week long executive conference in Niagara Falls....? All Staples did was sell me a plan for over 270 + $ plan (with tax) for a Norton antivirus program worth less than 30 dollars. Is this fraud? And why did I never receive a response from the store manager, Mark Martinell, nor from his supervisors, Peter Watanabe nor from CEO Rachel Huckle? Great leadership! Not. Ignore your customers, and especially those with legitimate concerns. The only email address that bounced back was from Rachel, and that was only because I typed in the incorrect email address. I re-sent it..... and it did not bounce back the second time. I gave them all 10 days to respond to my email. Never got an acknowledgement. You know where I am.
