At that exact time, I was getting ready to call and cancel because I had already troubleshooted the issue myself and confirmed my system was working normally, so the service was no longer needed. When I originally called, the only fee mentioned was a $120 diagnostic fee. There was no mention whatsoever of a no-show fee or a travel fee. Now they are trying to force me to pay a $59 travel fee, even though the technician arrived before the scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, this fee was not explained to me until after they had already shown up. Completely unprofessional and misleading business practices.

Instead of replacing one and waiting to get enough info for the other one, they left me hanging in 95 degree temps. The technician said he thought I would want to wait and replace both zones together---I said why would I want to be sweating in my kitchen while awaiting them to get someone out to confirm what was needed in my bedroom. When I called the owner, it was a few days until he responded. I was very frustrated they kept telling me the person who knows how to do "Zoning" and cancelled the appt could not be pinned down because he doesn't work for Breeding and Day.

Alex Skolfield came to my tenants' home where they said the 2nd floor was not getting much cold air, and he spent an hour adjusting levers on the ductwork, and educating us on how to make sure the HVAC runs efficiently in the summer and winter. I have never had HVAC technicians who took the time to educate me (for free) and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. These guys are amazing - such integrity. I cannot recommend them enough!
