He was able to help me avoid paying and get a refund for both years. He is so knowledgeable and his service was unbelievable. It was soooo convenient him coming out to my home and efileing my taxes from my dining room table. He emailed me a copy of my return as soon as we were done. As a busy mom and wife with obligations, it was so nice not to have to worry about going outside of my home and having to get childcare. When my kids started fussing, he pulled out coloring books for them so my husband and I could focus on our appointment. You can tell he has done this a time or two. I am so glad I am finally caught up and he definitely has my business this upcoming year.

For a person who is moving 2200 miles to a new city and knows no one, this bit of information is priceless. As it turns out, the 1st appointment at the dmv is 4 weeks from now. So far, now that we have conquered time zones, Erica has made this experience a dream.
