I recall one time I had a crown come in, and when he put it in place in my mouth, he said he didn't like the way it fit, so he sent it back to have it redone. Another thing I really like about him, is that he's always up to date on the latest dental procedures and equipment. The front desk told me that they have a department that handles the insurance but they have no way of contacting them so we have to just reschedule the appointment. I called the main phone number for lollipop dental and they told me that yes our insurance is up to date and accepted. So now what? Do I take my kid out of school again and risk going back? I also asked for a manager to help explain what was going on, but they said there was no manager in office, they have no phone number and no email, but I was welcome to use the main email address for the company.
