I expected to not have to hire another cleaner to finish their job. I would never, never use them again, nor would I recommend them. Their charge was $355. My second cleaner was $250.00 to clean up their mess. I cant see how they stay in business. Impossible to work with. One expensive lesson learned. I was going to meet with her for an inspection Friday afternoon but she didn't get to the place to clean until noon-1 pm. I'm having the place cleaned for an elderly man who is re-locating to Missouri due to health issues. I too am elderly and have a couple disabilities that prevents me from doing the cleaning myself and driving after dark. Makaya didn't finish in time that I could make the hour drive in the dark. Today I went to inspect. She did a good job on the oven, refrigerator and cleaning the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen and dining room floor was not done. I get to the bathrooms, floor as not clean, I pulled out the vanity drawers, they had not been touched. I looked up the vanity and nothing under the vanity had been touched in either bathroom. Photo's below were taken day after she cleaned. This is a house that has been remodeled with fresh paint on the walls and baseboards and all new carpet. There's no construction debris. All that needed to be done in every bedroom is the window seals wiped down and the mini blinds wiped down. On the phone Makaya said no problem. I ask for the tile to be cleaned in the entry way, again she said no problem. She quoted her price and I agreed. Tile to entry way was not touched. Front door tile was not touched. When I text Makala she begin to back track on all we agreed on. I told her I expected a $50 credit back for doing her job. She insisted she could not do that. She never offered to come back and complete the job either. I'm going to file a compliant with the BBB. Caution, she talks a good plan but she will not follow thru. I'm going to try to dispute her charges and reduce her amount by $50. $50 was more than fair considering I had to finish her job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very shady the way she charges before she does the work or inspected. By the way, I had a witness to the nasty left in the bathrooms. Just so happen a handyman was outdoors cleaning up, I ask him to come be a witness to the lousy cleaning job.

On top of that there was a problem with mold under the house. Once I had that remediated Enviro-Air came out and got to work on the ducts. The job they did was amazing. It took them several hours and they were thorough both before and after the job as they cleaned up after themselves. They took plenty of before and after pictures of the ducts to show what they accomplished and it's a night and day difference in what the ducts looked like. To think we were breathing all of that stuff in. Yikes! I suffer terrible allergies as well, so all that dust couldn't have been good for them. People usually don't think about general home maintenance on things they don't see, such as water heaters and air ducts, but don't neglect these things because you'll be sorry if you do and the piece of mind you will have knowing you are sleeping in a safe environment is priceless! I also found sawdust around one duct that they had mentioned was full of sawdust. They moved furniture and objects and did not return them to their original place. When I called to complain to the manager who was on vacation and who did not return my call when he returned. When I finally reached him, he apologized and offered to do the job again. ????? They had already been cleaned, why would I want it done again???? He had lots of excuses for why .... Should you choose to use them, be sure to check everything before they leave as they cannot be trusted to complete a task correctly.
