I had our 2 HVAC systems ducts cleaned, sanitized and had a UV lamp installed in one unit earlier this week. George and Stephen were polite, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I appreciate all they did and how they conducted themselves while working in my home. As a bonus, I haven't woken up with a headache like I usually do every morning ever since the cleaning was done and the air inside my home feels and smells cleaner and clearer since having my ducts cleaned. Bad service ..I Unfortunately the service sucks. The job perform was mediocre and the owner has no people skills. I set my appointment . they give a window 11-6 .15 minutes before six they contact me saying that they were going to make it because of an emergency . That was time wasted . I allow them to reschedule me. The technician came out with the attitude as if he were doing me a favor but I'm paying !!!! it was so bad I had to kick the technician out of my home .never again will use this company or suggest anyone I know use them. Stanley steemer was unprofessional in my home they did a half horrible job on my carpet did not move any furniture under or over 50 lb the courtesy call was just as bad didn't do any work to repair anything that was not done the first time so they are disgusting; I'll never use them again or will I ever recommend them to anyone I know. read more

I'm so sad to have to leave this review. I've used Stanley Steemer in the past and have had wonderful results. This time their cleaning was simply a disappointment. The two young guys who showed up to do the work were punctual, polite, and informed me that since I have white furniture, the stains might not come out of my couches, office chairs and dining chairs. They were right. Almost nothing came out of the fabric. These were small spots; not filthy smears or globs of dirt. I don't understand why they didn't have products to treat stains and spots. The good things are that they were polite, punctual and when they found out I was unhappy, they offered to come back and do it again. And the sofas and chairs do smell a little better. The bad things: the furniture is still stained and looks dirty. Mr O is going to help me take the cushion covers off one of the sofas so I can wash it in the washing machine. Wish us luck! read more

My family was coming down to celebrate my son's graduation so I called to have my carpets cleaned. The price I was quoted was reasonable. After they cleaned my rugs and I happened to mention to the guy I was about to have people over for a party, he suggested I get the deodorizer. It cost a little extra but was worth it. I called to have 2 rooms of carpet cleaned yesterday evening, and was able to have it done by early afternoon the next day. Jonathan and Brandon gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived cheerful and went right to work. I booked my appointment for November 4, 2019 for the hours between 8am-12pm. The technician whose name I won't disclose did perform my service. However, he informed me that my bedroom and living room would cost the charge of two rooms. Also, when I noticed that my $25 was not applied (a promo running at the Richmond Hill Stanley Steemer office) he informed me that it was in fact taken off, which it was not! He then told me if he applied it he would be in trouble. I informed him that I'd be calling the office to confirm. I am a disabled veteran (100%) of the United States Army and I feel as though I have been duped and money was taken from me fraudulently, that I don't have to just give away frivolously! In addition to this, I've been waiting on the manager at that location to call me ALL day. I've called the main customer service number at least 5 times. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint! Hopefully none of their other employees are conducting business in such a way as to deceive their paying customers. read more

The worst service ever, my grandfather passed away and I was helping my granny get things cleaned up, as he passed in the home. I called and ordered this service myself, they told me 355.00 for home. To make a long story short in the end it was 624.00 dollars they never had permission to do anything else and I have made 6 phone calls to them finally got a manager and he was suppose to call me back last Monday and I still have not heard a word!
