That's right, multiple neighbors used South Shore Roofing and were 100% happy with their work. We had an appointment on a Friday afternoon, they showed up when they said they would. They confirmed the appointment in advance as well. We received an estimate that day and signed the contract shortly thereafter. They took care of everything including getting POA/HOA approval, which was not an easy feat with our POA. We received approval and work commenced within the week. They sent me photos of the work that they were doing as they did it too. They found dry rot under the shingled roof and replaced all the wood before placing the new roof on. We had a shingled wraparound porch, but opted to go with a metal roof for looks and longevity. We LOVE it! Customer service is top notch, follow up is amazing. The value was outstanding - and would easily contract with them again. We are delighted with the work and the company.

I called State Farm and ServePro and they totally handled everything for me. Once I had a claim number from State Farm, ServePro was able to begin the remediation process. I hope you don't, but if you find yourself in a terrible situation like this, call ServePro. They coordinate everything with insurance and only charged me what the insurance would pay. It was an enormous relief. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Thanks again, guys!

Called Minutemen Property Damage Services and they had someone out to our house in Mount Pleasant within the hour, which honestly saved us from way worse damage. The tech walked us through everything before starting, set up the drying equipment, and actually explained why they needed to leave it running for a few days instead of just rushing through it. They also helped us deal with our insurance adjuster which took so much stress off our plate, we had no idea what we were doing with all that paperwork. Tim and his team clearly know what they're doing - this isnt their first rodeo with water damage.
