After my initial rhinoplasty with him, I had to undergo two revision rhinoplasties, both performed by Dr. Ridenour himself, to correct issues from the first surgery. I was not seeking perfection -- I simply wanted a relatively symmetrical nose. I don't feel that is an unreasonable expectation after cosmetic surgery. Instead, I found myself undergoing additional procedures, additional anesthesia, additional recovery time -- only to still feel disappointed. Beyond the surgical outcome, I found his demeanor to be extremely arrogant and dismissive of my concerns, which made an already difficult experience even harder.
