Dr Chen completely ruined my tooth! My nerve is ruined and I have to get my tooth removed most likely. I had a routine cavity that Dr Chen work on and ended up underestimating how deep it was from the X-ray. She did a botched filling that I had to go in and get fixed and even after that I experienced terrible pain. I couldn't even chew rice. Dr Kleinova even commented how she packed the filling too much. I couldn't even floss without it getting stuck. One day a piece of my tooth came out and I went to the office and Vincent asked me what I did to make that happen. COME ON! When I saw Dr Chen she said there was no hole in my tooth even though I assured her there was. She said it was excess filling. Then a few weeks later when my pain increased dramatically and I couldn't drink or eat on that side without sharp pain, I emailed Vincent and asked if Dr. K could work on the tooth instead and he suggested another dentist. PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS DR. K, COULD YOU PLEASE TAKE ME THIS ONE TIME? I've been suffering with this for over a year now b/c I'm terrified to walk into another office. I know they fired Dr Chen as they should have since she did such a terrible job on multiple patients. I know Dr. K is a great dentist. I haven't had the best of luck with dentists since I moved here in 2015, but I found this place on yelp and super happy with the service! I didn't see Dr Kleinova but the other dentist I did see was very helpful and helped me figure out the root of the pain I was feeling. I've been trying to figure it out for a year and my last dentist just said it was a cavity which it was not. This dental office is such a pleasure to visit. I used to dread going to the dentist because I'm such a dental chicken, but not anymore. The whole experience from the great text message appointment reminders, Vincent's welcoming genuine smile from the front desk, to Dr. Kleinova's sweet face to look at while you are getting your expert dental work done makes for an almost spa like experience. The whole staff there is just excellent. Also, If you are thinking of getting invisilign braces this is the place to do it. I got a couple of other ridiculously high quotes from other dentists, but Dr. Kleinova's price is very reasonable. I was really dreading having to wear them, but they were actually very comfortable and painless and time went so fast. I'm almost at the end now and have virtually perfect teeth now. It was so worth the investment. The price I was quoted covered everything. I was expecting there to be hidden fees somewhere along the line, but there were none. My family has been visiting Dr Kleinova for several years now and it has been a great pleasure. I walk out smiling, no pun intended, after any treatment. I almost feel that I have known Vince for a long time and enjoy chatting with him. He is extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with our insurance companies. Negotiating the best for us and explaining what is best for our coverages. Dr Kleinova is very thorough with her examination and does not suggest any treatment that is just cosmetic or not required. Rosa, one of the hygienist is very kind and understands that even regular cleaning is an ordeal and gives me breaks to relax my jaws, and does not hurry through her procedure. Absolute GARBAGE. The worst office manager I've ever come in counter with in my life. There was a misunderstanding with our appointment, I had asked for 2 cleanings at the same time for my fiancé an I. They can not do two people at the same time. We were scheduled for 9:00am, and my fiancé for 10 am. We misunderstood, and both were about to arrive at 10 am together. He FLIPPED OUT ON ME, WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE, he was mean and completely out of line with his tone of voice, he yelled at us for misunderstanding. I havent gone to the dentist in roughly 8 years. Most recently my gums started bleeding and I knew it was time, but being someone who is terrified of the dentist, I wasnt looking forward to this experience. My co-worker referred me after having her teeth whitened here and raved about the staff. I first spoke via email to Vincent explaining my situation and need for a visit asap. He was very accommodating and helped me work with my insurance problems as well. After filling out my paperwork and expressing my fear for the dentist, Dr. Chen was gentle and talked me through everything she was going to do, making sure I was never uncomfortable or in pain. I sent them a pic of my text Vincent said he can't receive pics. Vincent works as the office manager (you are greeted by his smiling face every time you walk in the door) and he is always professional and personable. Dr. Kleinova is truly a great Dentist and I'm very grateful for having found her. First, it's clear she cares about her patients and her work. She is both gentle and very careful and never rushes the work. Second, She is highly talented and skilled and always does a great job (you can tell she is a perfectionist) . I've gotten a few crowns and some fillings and always walk out happy. But what really blew me away is the way she took care of my mother who was visiting from Denmark. My poor mom suddenly cracked one of her teeth in the back. It was hurting a lot and I called Dr. Kleinova and her kind assistant Vincent to see if there was any way for them to see my mom quickly. Without any trouble I got an appointment the next day and when we went there, my mom was taken care of in the best way and a temporary crown was put on. For a son who cares deeply about his mother, I highly appreciated how they treated her and made her feel better and helped her. I thought it would be very expensive as my mom's travel insurance didn't cover it. But Dr. Kleinova's payment was extremely fair and they took off the x-rays. What can you ask for more? This is the best dental practice I ever visited. Dr Kleinova and Dr Chang are absolutely wonderful and very caring. Upon my arrival, complete examination was done and I went back few times to fix what my previous dentist done incorrectly. Today, after years of being in pain I finally can use me teeth without suffering. My root canal was redone, all cavities fixed and I am waiting to get my implant started on.
