I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. Leaving this review is one of the easiest things that I've had to do in a while. My advice to anyone looking for a company to do septic pump outs or any other plumbing, you cannot go wrong by reaching out to All Pro Enviro!

I tried plunging it and all of a sudden sewage started backing up into the shower, it was absolutely atrocious. My grandfather needs a high level of care. He has to have nurse aids and is barely mobile. I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I couldn't leave his home knowing that nobody could flush the toilet! Every place I called was completely backed up because of the holiday. Apparently when you use a lot of extra water and there's been a lot of rain, it really puts the pressure on your septic system. I brought in a family friend who is the son of a plumber and he was certain it was the septic tank that was too full. After calling every place I could, nobody was able to make it out before I had to fly back home. To make matters worse, it was the weekend! Because of the holiday all of the truck tanks were full and the waste disposal was closed, so they couldn't be emptied. I was at the airport when I received a second call back from All Pro Enviro. They had originally told me they couldn't come for a few days. I had explained my desperation about the situation our first conversation. The gentleman I spoke with knew it was a really big deal because of my grandfather's health. He went above and beyond and did not charge extra and took care of the problem. He sent me pictures of the before and after. He did a great job and a great favor to us. These are the kind of folks who deserve your business!

Extremely dishonest company and employees, use at your own risk. Our septic pump failed on a…read moreFriday morning, called what used to be Stanley Environmental (who were great), tech's came, pumped out our system (2,200 gallons). I watched as the tech took pictures of the pump and put an amp meter on it - confirming it had failed. Tech told me someone from WRE would contact me to set up a time to replace the pump. On Monday I got a contract for $334 for what I assumed was the cost to replace the pump. I signed the contract, and on Tuesday, two techs showed up to "evaluate" the pump. I asked why, as the previous tech had already confirmed it had failed. They walked back to their truck, walked out to the system a few minutes later, put an amp meter on the pump, came to the door, confirmed it had failed and left. I immediately called the 800 number, spoke with a representative who said someone from management would call (no one ever did), also called the local sales rep (Lucy Keaveny 704-456-9163), left a message, she never called back, sent her an email the next day requesting someone who would help, and the gist of that was numerous emails over a 3 day period saying in essence - well you signed a contract. BTW, when I got the bill for the pumping, WRE charged for 2,800 gallons not 2,200. Again, it would be difficult to overemphasize how dishonest the company and some its employees are. Use at your own risk.
