We have had major issues with the drainage where mud is coming up out of the drain and our brand new driveway is full of mud where the drain is located. We have spoken with the owner to report the issue as soon as we discovered it he admitted that there needs to be me more dirt which he has promised to bring and never has showed up. When it rains the water is backing up and coming back to through the drain that was installed. We have contacted the owner via phone and text, he was supposed to get back to us by Tuesday and it is now Wednesday and he is not returning our calls. We have called the office and they just refer us to the owner and still no response. We paid thousands of dollars thinking that the work would be done correctly and that it being a bigger company if we had issues they would be resolved. This is going to be different than the average review... I heard about KC Coring through family…read morefriends that had used them to put in an egress window in their basement, and that they had done a great job. They apparently used to do everything for egress windows - install the wood framing, window, and window well; but now they only do the foundation saw-cut. I had them come out and make the cut and when I saw the finished product... I was not pleased. The rectangular cut was not straight. The contractor operating the saw had clearly made a mistake. So why did I give them a 5-star rating? Here's why - I called them up the next day, and told them that I was unhappy with the work. I talked with Earnest Collins who was receptive of my complaint and offered to drive out right then and there to see for himself. Upon seeing the irregular cut, he agreed that the work was not representative of KC Coring and offered a number of solutions to remedy this mistake. In the end, they came back out, made a new cut (which was perfect), gave me a window to fit their cut (valued at around $600), and removed all of the concrete blocks that they had cut out. This showed me what kind of company they are - one that really cares about their costumers' satisfaction and who takes pride in their work and wants to finish a job professionally.
