He possesses a level of humanity and humility that is rare among medical professionals. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and perceptive in understanding the concerns of his patients. Dr. Milchteim's passion for his craft and commitment to his patients is refreshing, especially when compared with other medical professionals who have become jaded. As a surgeon, he is meticulous, thorough and highly skilled. He operated on my left shoulder in January 2015 and it is amazing how much better my shoulder feels in the short time following. My boyfriend suffered serious injuries to both shoulders last year and Dr. Milchteim has since successfully operated on both, giving him back the hope/motivation he had lost. In my opinion, Dr. Milchteim is unequivocally a phenomenal surgeon, a shining star among medical professionals and a great human being. He has set the bar very high for his cohorts.
