Tried to get by a barrier pole and dented my passenger door on my truck. Fortunately no paint…read morebreach but good dents from the pole. True five star service. Getting rear ended (in the rain) was a pain. The team at Folger were gracious, helpful and polite at all times. First off, after a quick inspection, Enterprise scooped us up in our rental car for the duration of the repair. I know, I know this is part of the insurance company's program not Folger but they made the call for us and handled the bulk of the details. I signed up to receive text updates on the repair. These came often enough to be helpful and infrequent enough I didn't want to type UNSUBSCRIBE. Our car was ready at the exact time and day they promised and check-out took less than five minutes. The best part, is that while we had an external repair the car was cleaned inside from top to bottom. This process could have been horrible but it was a turnkey as- well the push button start on my Prius.
