Several glass pieces were missing around the circumference of the mirror, whereby the owner Yves indicated he would glue them "very easy to do." We took him at his word. Upon delivery of the mirror, by himself and one of his assistants, 23 additional pieces fell off and were held by the plastic, in which it was wrapped in. After the mirror was hung, we called him-numerous times, to glue back the pieces which had fallen off, which he eventually did. After the glue dried it created a white cloud within the glass piece, which when we called him, he indicated he is not responsible for the glue reaction with the mirror and we should have refused delivery when we noted the pieces had fallen off! When we purchased the mirror he indicated that we were getting such a great deal, that if we were not happy he would take it back. When I called him, to remind him, he said he never said that-a blatant lie. He said, however, he had another mirror which we could exchange for an additional $2,000! When I tried to reason with him he said this is his "final word" and hung up. I am disappointed on so many levels, by the lack of integrity, honesty, fake friendliness and sheer greed. Buyer beware-this is a dishonest individual, who makes verbal promises not kept-will say anything for the sale, but not follow through-and deny any responsibility!
