Kind of like going to a good friend's house who just happens to be a fantastic masseuse. The massage itself was perfect. I indicated a need for deep pressure, as many places go light. This always has the potential to backfire, though, as "deep pressure" for one part of the body will be different than another. At Cambria Wellness the treatment was intuitively perfect throughout -- adjusting to more intensity on stubborn shoulder muscles, less push on tender calves.
