I grew up with his treatments & he even went back to school but still studies new chiropractor techniques to this day. If he had an extra hour a day? The possibilities are limitless!! Even after breaking my neck & getting a fuse he somehow managed to developed a technique that helps my neck 10 fold! I'm picky about who I let manipulate me - had great chiros and ones that didn't really get what I needed adjusted. Searched google, yelp, and Facebook. Aggregated the results and decided it couldn't get much worse pain wise, I might as well give this a shot. Then made an appt to go in and chat. Had great conversation with Dr. Smoot, I was in pretty bad shape. Most of the time I get adjusted is relatively painless and I feel significant relief almost instantly. As I was in pretty bad condition and significantly locked up, I suspected getting adjustments would be painful, and I was correct. But I also started feeling relief about ten minutes later. After the second adjustment I started getting feeling back where I've had numbness and pain for a while. This is good news. A week later, we've got a plan in place to correct the stuff I have going on and create a better future. I'm recommending him to everyone I know. Support staff couldn't be more helpful. So glad I finally decided to get off my butt and get help.

I'm what I call a hard adjustment, I tense up and get some chronic nagging stuff that makes it harder for me to relax. This last time I returned in 2023 they started coming at me with some heat and massage prior to adjustments. I appreciate the extra attention and I'm beginning to experience some really positive results. I just need to remember to stay consistent with visits and can hopefully get on like a monthly maintenance. She's the only doctor there now but I have zero issues with scheduling and she's pretty efficient with patients going from room to room. I don't ever wait long for her to return. They also work with all forms of payment including insurance which benefits me. I get that ins can be a pain to deal with so I really appreciate that this office stays dedicated to to accepting all forms of payments and making it affordable for all. Her staff is always very cheerful, helpful and attentive which is also nice. That's a rarity these days. They must like their boss is my guess.

Staff provide erroneous information and later confirm they are not in the position to provide such information. They don't want to hear or address what is in question and turn things around to seem like your complaining for no reason, when in fact they know they're providing poor service and giving misinformation. Initial visit we were told to return the following business day to speak with the Chiropractic , they were adamant a parent needed to be present (no alternative guardian recommended) for an explanation of the diagnosis and a treatment plan. Second visit was a quick adjustment with no explanation just come back again! Only received the diagnosis and treatment plan at a subsequent office visit (mind you each time there is an expense incurred) because I called to express my disappointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Westbrook is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to his patients' individual needs. He takes the time to listen and has always made me feel comfortable and cared for. He is also incredibly accommodating with scheduling and has gone out of his way more than once to fit me in when I needed an appointment on short notice. That level of care means a great deal to me. I especially appreciate his approach because I have had experiences with other chiropractors who were too rough and left me feeling nervous and afraid during adjustments. I have never felt that way with Dr. Westbrook. I trust him 100% and always feel that my comfort and safety are important to him. He offers both manual adjustments and the Activator technique, which I also appreciate. In all the years I have seen him, there was only one occasion when something did not feel quite right after an adjustment. When I contacted him, he got me back into the office right away, addressed the problem, and I left feeling great. I was going in for my regular maintenance adjustment from Dr. Richard anyway, and described the issue to him. After thoroughly checking my muscle pain and mobility, he thought it most likely to be a muscle strain issue. He did an adjustment, trigger point therapy, and we talked about some exercises I could do at home that would help. Within about a week and a few more adjustments, my pain was gone. Now I'm much more aware of how to keep that area strong and flexible. I'm sure that getting regular chiropractic care has a lot to do with my rapid recovery and generally feeling great.
