I have been into this store about a half dozen times over the past few years. They tell you they are in stock of items outside but when you drive there, their inventory is grossly off. Their prices are 1 1/2 - 2x higher than competitive goods in town. I tried two different times to have keys made there and only 1 out of 4 work. Their propane filling station is a joke. They charge almost twice as much as Tractor Supply in Dowagiac, Paw Paw, and Three Rivers, who all refill 4.2-4.3 gallons (20lb cylinder) at around $10-12. Judd tells you they charge $3.99/gal., but it's a lie, because when they ring you up, they charge you a set price for a 20 lb cylinder, not by the gallon, like they say, so you end up paying $2-3 more for a 20lb. cylinder than their already high prices. Ends up being about $19, which is more than a lot of places charge to simply do an exchange. I would definitely not shop here and go to the Ace Hardware on the other side of town if I were you!

Their lumber is probably a few pennies more than you would pay at the big retailers, but more than worth it for the higher quality lumber and the service you get here.
