From the very beginning, Rob's attention to detail, design expertise, and genuine care for the project have really stood out. Even before we formally engaged him, he took the time to review the plot we had chosen and confirm that it was a good choice for our build. That level of care continued throughout the entire process. Rob has been incredibly patient, always available when we needed him, and involved in every step of the way. This was our first new build, and we truly couldn't have done it without him. The trades he works with have also been fantastic. They take pride in their work and, like Rob, genuinely care about delivering a quality product. What sets Rob and PRASADA apart is the combination of patience, attention to detail, quality, and the genuine care they put into every project. You can tell that Rob takes great pride in what he does and is committed to getting the details right. Building a home is a huge undertaking, and I can't imagine having a better partner for such an important project. We would absolutely work with Rob again on any future projects and highly recommend PRASADA to anyone considering building a home.

I recently was thinking about fixing the colour of my hardwood in my hallway that was stained the…read morewrong colour by the installer (it was to match bedroom floors). I called around and got 4 different estimates - 3 estimates were over the phone, but Rainbow was the only company to come out in person and inspect what needed to be done. Fred was punctual, kind, knowledgeable. His price estimate was in line with the others I received, but most importantly, because he came out in person to inspect the hardwood planks themselves, he was able to warn me there was a risk that redoing the floors may lead to ruining what was already there. In the end, that risk combined with the cost for a colour change wasn't worth it for me - but if I had gone with anyone else, I might have had to tear out all of my floors and redo the whole thing. So I can confidently say that you can trust Fred and I will highly recommend him to my friends... and to you. Thanks again for the visit, Fred. All the best!

You pay a hefty deposit ($5000) up front to save the dates 2 months in advance. What was quoted as a 7-10 day job took 2.5 months...always caught up in other jobs. They just disappear for weeks and really don't seem to care. The weather was fine so that wasn't an excuse. You pick out your material months before but they keep having to order it (sorry don't have the plants, and sorry don't have the railings) etc which leads to delays again and again. They made some big mistakes and gave us poor options to fix them. Some of their problems were related to their poor communication with other tradespeople who all were upset by Royal Decks behaviour. What should have been a straightforward relatively small but expensive job has been headache after headache. Problem is once you've spent the money what recourse do you have? Would never recommend them.
