It's a fun store to look around while the employees value your stuff. The employees are usually the owners (I guess owners can be employees!). They are brothers, Bob and John, and a sister and I believe the spouse of the sister. (I've met Bob and John, but the rest I got from the website.) My favorite thing about Train Town is that the employees are happy to see you, even when you come in with a box of old stuff trains that are so tiny they can't even work on those trains, and even when you arrive with under half an hour until closing time. They don't ask a bunch of questions because they know how to assess the trains. They are so friendly that I look forward to each return.

Just said no and put the card back in the case. Two of the folks were trying to get the other one to do the "tasks" that had been assigned...and the owner was answering calls and never looked up from his laptop.
