I came in very tired about two months ago asking to resize my grandma's ring while going through some serious medical treatment and I told them that I really need to wear that ring one me. Phyllis, the employee took wrong measurements and they resized after 3 weeks of waiting to 8.5 instead of 7.5. I did not complain and agreed to pay so after another week they finally did resized it properly. When I came to pick it up I noticed a wedding band that was about 600 dollars and the owner said that he will give me"discount " and sell it for 500$ plus resizing for another 150$.I was just coming from the hospital procedure and could not think straight so I agreed. Within a week the ring was resized and I came to pick it up and I did not like it and I politely asked if I could resell it at least for 300 o 400$ to get my money back. The owner looked me in the eyes and he said he cannot give me money back because it was resized try to sell it somewhere else. I checked with "Scotsman Coin and Jewelry" and with "Diamond Direct" and they both said that they could only give me back 150$.(within a week from the day it was purchased. Before posting this bad review, I called Saettele Jewelers and talked to the owner telling him that he lied to me and instead of apologizing or offering me refund THE OWNER THREATENED WITH A LAWYER SAYING THAT HE WILL SUE ME. I said "SUE ME FOR WHAT, for the fact that I want to put honest review so other people do not lose money?
