I did find a card that I wanted, however they were asking 25% over comps. I showed them four recent comps, offered that exact amount and was told no. Not a counter offer. Just said no and put the card back in the case. Two of the folks were trying to get the other one to do the "tasks" that had been assigned...and the owner was answering calls and never looked up from his laptop. I'll give them another shot if I find myself in the area again, but won't go out of my way to visit the shop.

On our last visit no one asked if we needed help checking out and it was pretty obvious that two elderly people were trying to figure out the checkout system. After a few minutes we figured it out. Something I feel the need to add: we came back to see if they had a particular frame still in stock, and they did. I'm happy to know we can count on an inventory item being there even after a year. So many stores switch up inventory and you can never get the same item if it breaks or you want another one. Good job, Michael's!

makers of the WineRack (http://www.thebeerbelly.com/v/vspfiles/V4_Backup/winerack.asp). great idea…read more worst execution and service EVER! i ordered my winerack in march. i received it in july. this was after many emails and a few phone calls trying to track down where the hell my product was. the official answer was "on back order from china. will be available in april." i finally got through to someone via phone at the end of june, and was told they had some in stock (oh really? thanks for letting me know, assholes) and would need to take all my credit card information again since my order had timed out. ya think?! i missed a lot of prime summer opportunities to sneak booze in my tits. customer service FAIL. now let's talk about the actual product. see the above picture, and you will notice that the hose is really too long to be stored in the bra. if i'm having to wear a booze bra, it probably means i am going somewhere where i'm going to be searched and/or patted down.....not so sneaky when i have a giant plastic tube that i have to wrap around my body and tuck under my bra. the mouthpiece is janky and has faulty suction. i "lactated" jameson on myself more than once over the past week. the C cup is barely big enough for my boobs, let alone 750 mL of alcohol. they have padded down the bra with what look like misshapen shoulder pads. once i got everything smashed in there, my tits were a lot closer to my chin, but pretty uncomfortable, and a little wonky lookin. also, if you want cold beverages, be prepared for your nipples to experience a range of emotions: stiff and frozen, thawed and uncomfortable, warm and squishy, LIBERATED (when you finally take it off). tagline on the package: "cheaper than a boob job, and way more fun!" i'd probably do better just shoving the jameson bottle down my pants and telling security i'm a dude.
