The office is incredibly "homey" and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, from the decor to the "vibe". Ed has clearly created an environment that attracts great employees. Everyone was very warm, open, and eager to make me feel at home. Sean was fantastic at walking me through my new policies and making sure I understood what each line item actually meant, and why I should have the coverage I have.
