I was told that it was and that the company sends out mass texts and to disregard those texts. I was told I wasn't taken off their list yet. I just got a cancellation notice and I called and my policy has been cancelled since July. It is September. Now there is nothing the company can do? I talked to the owner Pamela and she took no fault whatsoever. She said that her computer program canceled tell me if I'm on automatic payment?? So I have been driving without a license unbeknownst to me and they take Zero responsibility. Now I'm at risk of a suspended license.

That would be fine except he never had the injury accident. We called State Farm our previous insurance who states that he didn't have this accident on his record. We are now insured through another agency who also did not see this accident on his record. When we called recently to talk to them about it they said they contacted State Farm for proof but the proof they provided wasn't something they could use. Personally i feel since no other insurance agency sees this accident on his record they just used his excuse to get more money out of him. Not good business practice in my book.

Yelp works by blackmailing companies to pay them extra money to push negative reviews to the bottom to not be seen. First, anyone seeing this, just know all the negative reviews are hidden, so click on the 1 star reviews and you will see the truth. Everyone knows State Farm is the WORST. But this place is one of the worst of the worst. Tried multiple times , and I mean 4 separate times over a number of years, to get quotes, never once spoke to Scott Hammond or even ever saw him in the office, I don't think he even exists, but the service here is terrible, they never call you back like they say they will, never follow up, have high agent turnover, you will never talk to the same person, they don't give accurate information, never answer the phone and make you leave voicemails, it's bad.
