To talk to claims you go through a never ending phone tree that takes 10+ minutes and then at the end of that you are left on hold for another 10-20 minutes. I am not sure who in their right mind at State Farm felt this was a good idea, but there is nothing worse than feeling like you do not matter or care as a customer than this.
