I grew to become particularly impressed with one of the company's property managers. She was quick to respond to my emails (most times, within several minutes), and would meet my high standards of detail orientedness by copying all involved parties, with every single detail answered, checked, included, balanced, and unquestionable confirmation that the job was DONE. She impressed me even more a few years later when one of our condo owners discovered a leak and we had to do mold remediation. Our insurance company denied the claim, and it was only after this property manager pushed and appealed that they finally conceded and covered ALL the costs incurred by this issue. She personally saved my HOA around $15k - a HUGE win. She also re-negotiated the contract for one of our monthly bills, saving us $1,700 per year.
