ANGELS!! I cannot recommend stalling's towing enough. We had a wheel come off of our tow trailer in the middle of nowhere. Stallings immediately answered the phone, asked all the questions to ensure they sent us the right rig, and got their guy on the road wthin 15 minutes. Our trailer was severely disabled and the tow operator worked really hard to get it on and off his rig. Stallings is awesome. I had a heater issue and over the phone they were trying to help, so cool. It was decided that I will bring my truck in. They had a full schedule plus it was snowing, so they had folks out helping with spin outside. A very busy day for them, however, they squeezed me in and come to find out a cable broke which controlled hot or cold air flow. It was a simple fix and saved me money. I was in a bind and called in the remote chance they could help me. I had a battery that had gone bad within the warranty time frame but I couldn't find my receipt. They contacted the manufacturer rep, explained my circumstances and got me taken care of. They didn't do it because I was a lifelong customer or worked for a large account, they took care of someone who came in looking for help and they did the right thing- took care of a customer. On our move from Rexburg ID to Midvale UT, my daughter noticed a flapping noise when driving at freeway speeds. We were in town picking up our son's pickup from storage. It had sat for 2 years and the air conditioner had lost it charge. Needing to drive back to Spokane in 90 degree weather we were anxious to get it recharged. We stopped by Stallings after a referral from O'Riley's auto parts. While they were booked solid for 6 days after hearing our story of other issues we had encountered that morning with the vehicle (needed new tires and front left ball joint replacement) they graciously got us in within 45 minutes. Needed a same day oil change and they set up an appointment time. Nice, professional staff and a clean front office with a waiting room and restroom. Was brought a cold bottle of water while I waited. I asked them to check the air filter and it was indeed filthy. A parts delivery truck brought it promptly and I was done in no time.
