They came to NYC to shoot with us in Central Park and around our neighborhood, and also traveled to CT for our big day. They captured every shot I envisioned and more! We have so many stunning photos that summarize this special time in our lives and my husband and I are so happy and thankful we chose to book them for this important job. Richard and Andrea are a wonderful team who perfectly balance working with us and guiding us to achieve the best end result possible. Their editing skills are top notch and they are always so kind and thoughtful - they're true professionals. Our overall experience easily ranks 5/5, the only detail worth noting is that we had SO many incredible photos that when we worked with our wedding album designer, we originally had a 2 hour time slot scheduled and needed much more time than that to review our photos for the first time + review/edit/approve the digital book before it went to print. Just be sure to plan accordingly if you end up making this virtual appointment during the middle of your work day like we did and expect it to run a bit over. :)

They even took the extra step of feeding Gianna when she got fussy during the shoot and offered such helpful newborn tips while at it. From initially scheduling the sessions, selecting the perfect setting and ultimately capturing the best shots - they truly cater to their clients. The quality of their work is top notch. In the end, we were truly satisfied with the product which is certainly important, but most of all we loved the experience of working with them.

I told the staff the photo requirements from the Germany Ambassador website: the photo size should be 35x45mm, the head measures 30-36mm, the lighting condition even, background is medium grey. The staff said ok. Suddenly an old man who seems to be the boss run downstairs and shouted at me:"We are not gonna do that! We are never gonna do that!"I replied:"Why? These requirements are not hard to satisfy." He continued shouting at me:"We are never gonna do that! We can't do these requirements. We need to take 4 to 5 pictures and choose the right one, it doesn't worth 15$!" After saying that, he didn't even give me a second look and run upstairs. His attitude was extremely rude. I felt I was not treated as a customer, but a suspect interrogated by the police. These requirements are rigorous from the Germany ambassador website. They are straightforward and not difficult to meet. If the boss thinks it's not worth 15$, he can simply charge me more on that and we could negotiate on that. Why did he treat me so rudely and didn't want to speak any more words before expelling me from his noble store?
