It was just before closing on a Friday night. The sales lady was very personable. She could not do anything about the poor product but would speak to the manager in the morning. I left the broken bra there and bought another bra. ....... 2 weeks later....... I received a call from a sing song lady..... so fake and rude. After telling me (the customer) how wrong I was. She said there was nothing she could do as I had not taken care of the bra, and worn it too much!!! I had hoped she would make it right in some way. She commented on how faded it was. Yes, I notice the fade too! However, I was unhappy with that but it was the broken under wire. She further insisted I should have had ANOTHER bra fitting.... I have not changed in 7 months. Her tone was fake and diminutive. It was a very bad call, you know that fake polite voice. I ended the call, and remarked that I was not up for a battle of the bra. As with many retail locations these days, they have trouble getting inventory, so if you see it and it fits then snap it up because it may not be there on a return trip. Not all items have the prices marked on them; that would be appreciated. Yelpers: come on out to support a new business; you might find something that you can't get anywhere else in London!
