It had a sale sticker on the tag for $25.99- perfect! Or so we thought. When she went to pay, she was told it was no longer on sale and was now $69.99!! The girl working there refused to help and said she "was only an employee" and couldn't honour the price that was clearly on the tag. I reached out to head office right away and he woman I spoke to agreed that what had happened wasn't right. She took my phone number and said I'd get a call from the area manager. Two days later after hearing nothing from them I called back and this time I left a message myself on the area managers cellphone. This was 5 days ago and still nothing. Do not shop here. They clearly don't care about customers or customer loyalty.

Even though I rinsed the recommended suit in cold water, it has lost its shape and become saggy. Today I was told by store Staff that there is a bathing suit laundry soap which I was not told about at time of purchase. Now, six months later, the Staff at the store said they don't guarantee bathing suits used in chlorine pools and there was nothing they could do about it. I would not recommend buying a bathing suit from My Top Drawer if you are going to wear it in a chlorine pool. I feel that Staff need to be more forthcoming about the risks when buying a suit from this place. I definitely would not recommend My Top Drawer.
