Their staff can't read, nor do they pay any attention to what is said over the phone, nor do they even remember anything you told them. I've spent a month easily trying to communicate with these people. I did the onboarding twice, because I was told they didn't receive it and I must have done something else (even though I would have clicked on the link they emailed me, and went to where it sent me). I then was told to do the I9 form, but it wouldn't send me that "one-time code" that it absolutely required to allow me to even log in. I emailed them, and received a text saying they no longer were filling that job. Hours later, was texted by someone else saying "we're just waiting on you to complete your I9." I texted them my issue, and was told I could get help with it at the job site. But, then I had to ask what the job even was, and where it was, and what it paid, because after a month of this back and forth, I was yet to even be told those basics. I had told them (multiple times previously) that I need first shift, week days, and this person was gonna place me in a 2nd shift that was Thursday through Monday. They don't listen. They don't read. A totally different person send the texts every time. They won't even talk on the phone. It's all through texts. That alone is unprofessional. Staffmark gets a 1 Star review from me. read more

This company is a joke. The staff are very rude every time you try and go in. There is a 50/50 chance that you'll get paid. Evidently they like to pretend they can't help you figure it out when it is literally their job. They act like it's an inconvenience to help you find a job. You will end up working for free. Completely unprofessional! I found a job on my own and was sent to staffmark so I can get started immediately ( the business I applied with has a long application process and they needed someone immediately. ) I go to staffmark and I admittedly get the lady I was directed to see's name wrong. She had a sarcastic remark about that and got snippy, but was otherwise nice. I got through the process by myself without help and when I went for the drug test she couldn't be bothered because her daughter and grandchild came into the business and it turned into break time and they all (other staff included) just played with the baby. The environment also wasn't professional as they were blaring someone's uncensored playlist. Nothing like hearing DMX cuss you out while your applying for work! I later on called staffmark about a concern and the same lady put me on hold in the middle of our conversation and never came back. Someone else ended up picking it up and I left all of my business with them after double checking to make sure I didn't have to cancel any contracts. Never will go back! read more

Highly unprofessional. I applied and was left a voicemail saying to contact them but when I tried was unable to reach anyone. The job posting had stated to 'call or text' so I gave texting a try. Whoever was on the other end, whenever they bothered to answer at all, gave very clipped one word answers. This took me aback as I was being very polite and asking normal questions like 'is the position still open' or 'can I schedule an interview' and never received any response beyond "yes." I was really confused by this curtness, since they were the ones who had left me a voicemail telling me to contact them. Would definitely not work for this company after that. read more
