I've spent a month easily trying to communicate with these people. I did the onboarding twice, because I was told they didn't receive it and I must have done something else (even though I would have clicked on the link they emailed me, and went to where it sent me). I then was told to do the I9 form, but it wouldn't send me that "one-time code" that it absolutely required to allow me to even log in. I emailed them, and received a text saying they no longer were filling that job. Hours later, was texted by someone else saying "we're just waiting on you to complete your I9." I texted them my issue, and was told I could get help with it at the job site. But, then I had to ask what the job even was, and where it was, and what it paid, because after a month of this back and forth, I was yet to even be told those basics. I had told them (multiple times previously) that I need first shift, week days, and this person was gonna place me in a 2nd shift that was Thursday through Monday. They don't listen. They don't read. A totally different person send the texts every time. They won't even talk on the phone. It's all through texts. That alone is unprofessional. Staffmark gets a 1 Star review from me.

Evidently they like to pretend they can't help you figure it out when it is literally their job. They act like it's an inconvenience to help you find a job. You will end up working for free.
