Horrible staff. Very rude on the phone when they were the ones who had called me by mistake. When I asked to speak to a supervisor (the girl wouldn't listen/kept interrupting me as I tried explaining that she had the wrong number) I was told "ugh, hang on" and got placed on hold for about 10 seconds before she just hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and incapable of providing good customer service to people entering venues like concerts, sporting events, conventions, etc. Event Staff are treated like garbage. Breaks are minimal if you get one and there are never break rooms to use, some places don't even provide a bathroom. They will send you home early or demand that you stay late. By far the worst company my friends and I have worked for here in the PNW. Avoid this one like the plague. read more

I have worked for staff Pro for 3 months, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. You do get a few of the supervisors who are over the top aggressive dealing with staff. The one problem I seem to have is a scheduler named Donovan, Every time I call and talk with him, there are no gigs available, but I can call back in an hour I get scheduled when I speak with one of the ladies. There seems to be a misconnect with Donovan , his job and the company. If you can get over playing games with Donovan the scheduler, by all means this is a good company. read more

They do the doors and security for a show we vend at in the Tacoma Dome. Amazing, friendly people at the doors and on the floor.

This company employs people from all walks of life. The supervisors are rude, verbally abusive to customers and staff and make their own rules. Staff can be scheduled for specific hours but then told they must stay later or leave earlier. Staff do not get paid for all hours worked and management will not correct their own mistakes. This is a terrible company to work for. They discriminate against guests with disabilities, call their own staff "rejects" and have a long history of being highly unorganized. read more

The worst, most rude, insensitive and abusive staff ever. You can tell by the other reviews just how unprofessional they are not only to customers but those who work there. Clearly a toxic workplace that spills over to customers. No wonder their employees are bottom of the barrel. The staff there upset me so greatly that my husband and I completely missed our event. As a senior citizen and disabled person I was appalled that they denied me use of a phone to contact my husband who was trying to figure out how to download our tickets and had taken my phone and was lost. I mean - who does that? I needed to stay where he left me but rather than assess the situation, I was berated, talked down to and lied to. They used tactics I imagine are taught by the company. I can't imagine how these employees can sell out their common decency for a minimum wage job. Shameful and disgraceful. If this is how society treats people who are less integrated by age or ability, it's a sad reflection on what this country has become. read more
