When I first started working with this agency, I had the best staffing representative that I had ever worked with, if I could give her 10 stars, I would. Unfortunately, she moved on and things went downhill. My new representative was completely neglectful. I interviewed for a position (an interview my previous representative got for me) and she didn't even to call to update me to let me know that I did not get the Job. I found out 3 weeks later when I called and talked to her supervisor. The worst part is that this agent is the manager of this location. Thanks to everyone who wrote reviews! I am giving one star because zero stars doesn't seem to be an option. I decided to check them out anyway, just to make sure I didn't leave anything unexplored. Boy are the negative reviews on point! Thanks to the other reviews, I was cautious about giving them too much personal information to guard against identity theft issues. They do not have it together. I really don't know how they've managed to stay in business all these years. The one good review here seems to be nothing more or less than ad copy from the company. In fact it reads almost exactly word for word the same as the "from the business" section. Waste of time. read more

Honestly your better off finding your own jobs on craigslist. They are super disrespectful, unprofessional and ive had 2 of my 2 interviews tell me they were skeptical of the company because they havent gotten anyone worth their time out of them. Do not go here if you want a job. read more

I have worked with opti for a few years now, and they have sent me out on some pretty horrible assignments...I have done them with a smile and not complained. The last job they sent me out on actually hurt me, physically. I was lied to about the position, lied to about the hours, the work environment was tremendously difficult for a data entry employee. No joke: the dish soap was handsoap! They didn't even provide Kleenex for the employees! I was there longer than anyone else ever stayed: at two weeks...and the last day, I couldn't take one more minute of pain. I had been telling everyone at the assignment and at opti how much pain I was in, to no avail. They didn't care! I told Kathryn at Opti that I was finished. Well, she didn't like that. They refused to send me to any other assignments. I have had to file an L&I claim because of the horrid work conditions and opti has since fired me because of it. Be careful with this company, they will lie to you, bend you over a table and screw you...trust me. They do not care about the temps, and they honestly lie through their teeth. It is sad that they believe it is ok to treat people this way. I would be happy to provide specifics to anyone that has questions, because there are more details, however I am typing this on my AND since it is more difficult, I am choosing to keep this short and sweet. Saw an add on Craigslist and sent a resume and set up an interview for the next day. They sent me a bunch of papers to sign with all my personal info. Then I call the next day to confirm what time I was to come in. He confirms the time and when I show up he tells me the position is filled. What kind of place makes you give all your personal info including ssn before you even talk to them and then has you come in after the position you applied for is filled. Wasted an hour of my life and has money. Then said he'd call me back letting me know if they needed more people for the job and never calls read more

I posted this on Google but wanted to put this in here as well. Speaking from the customer side of things, we didn't have a great experience with this company or our recruiter, John. The first candidate they sent us had a medical emergency that required that she be out for a week so we requested another. They sent a second one who didn't work out for quite a few reasons (but trust me, no one would be excited to have her on staff after the things she did). I then interviewed a couple of people from their agency before having them work for us but determined that they weren't going to be a good fit. I was pretty shocked by the conversation that I had with our recruiter after that. He basically accused my office of things that were pretty crazy, and said that he didn't believe my staff and the things they had reported that the 2nd candidate had done in my absence. I couldn't believe the conversation that we had, and could not believe that he was choosing to not believe me as the customer. I like John and have no problems with him or the company personally, but was really quite shocked to have this experience. Horrible!!! Run by dumb girls who don't think. I went there today and filled out the redundant application and forms. In witch they ask for information that is illegal for an employer to ask. I was told to bring two valid ID's and a resume. When I got there I was told I had to bring either a birth certificate or social security card. Then the receptionist asked me some questions and took notes of them on my app. Then during the interview I was asked some of the same questions again. The person interviewing me didn't even bother to read my application or my resume. She glanced at it and came to the conclusion I was unemployable because she didn't think my dates of employment were specific enough. She hadn't even read it word for word and never did. The five star review on here had to be written by someone at opti because they are not great people. They are very unprofessional and judgmental. Don't bother wasting your time with these incompetent jack-offs. read more
