If you're a women, you should stay away from this liquor store. I'm giving them a one star review solely because of their Security Guard. On the night of 12/8 after the Eagles @ Chargers game I witnessed a couple having an argument and getting physical. The girl kept trying to get away from the male but he kept going after her. The girl went into the liquor store to try to get away from the situation. The Security guard witnessing all of it, didn't step in. I was able to speak to the girl and get her safely into an uber and away from the store. The boyfriend stayed outside of the store talking to my husband and the security guard. At one point the boyfriend stepped away to get cash for a ride share. At that point the security guard began to talk to us and tell us "he knows what happened and he saw it all". The guard said he witnessed the girl be SE***LLY ASSAULTED BY ANOTHER MALE and that is why the boyfriend and her were fighting. He specifically said he saw the guy grope her and be all over her and he kept trying to push him off. My question is, as a security guard, HOW DID YOU JUST WATCH THIS GIRL GET ASSAULTED AND DECIDE TO NOT STEP IN? You knew this girl was intoxicated! You knew this girl did not want that man to be on top of her and you decided to JUST STAND THERE AND WATCH HER GET SA'd!!! You are a disgusting human being. That was somebody's daughter! Somebody's sister, friend! And you were OK with standing by and not doing anything. Did you get a thrill out of it? Was it a power trip watching how a tiny petite girl was overpowered by someone twice her size. I always stop at your liquor store when I go to a concert/game. We always use your store and pay for parking, but I will NEVER go back. I will NEVER give you one more cent. I hope this review catches other peoples attention and they too decide not to make any purchases at your liquor store. And I hope that if you read this, something in you clicks and next time you witness someone being SA'd, you decide to step in and act like a real man! read more
