DESTROYED MY NATURAL BEAUTY. I was told my face shape would not change. Therese suggested sculptra…read moreto me- biggest mistake I have made in my entire life. Please do your research. This stuff doesn't go away for at least 5-7 years and in some cases never. This has been the saddest I have been in my life. I wish more than anything I could have my old face back. I went in initially for an aquagold treatment and prf ez gel facial. I see now why Theresa talked me into sculptra. So she could leave work earlier and make the same amount of money. Two people did my injection at once and because of this I have a crooked face. Why would you rush something that has the longevity of 5-7 years? Why did you even suggest it? I didn't even know they were injecting my cheekbones ( where I'm asymmetrical now) until it was too late. My already beautiful lifted cheekbones did not need more volume. She promised me my face shape would not change. It has drastically changed. Some how this makes my cheekbones less lifted. This way to much volume in my face and managed to my my beautiful jawline heavy and less defined. My face actually looke saggier and the sad part is that it didnt even fix the problem I came in for. This is beyond traumatizing. You can gaslight me all you want. My face is destroyed. My high cheekbones were my best feature and now they are crooked and look less high. I have lost all my joy, and I no longer want to do anything in fear of people seeing me. I look fake. Its a horrible never ending nightmare everyday to hope to cling on to your natural face and everyday see it get worse. Please don't let them do this to you. I will have to get psychiatric help and go see a plastic surgeon. Sadly there is NOTHING anyone can do to stop this stuff or make it go away. I hope my story helps others from having their natural beauty destroyed. NO ONE deserves to feel the pain I am going through. It has affected my job my as a mother and my friendships. I cry every single day over this. Ironically their business is named Joie De Vivre, but because of what they have done to me I have lost my joy for life. How can you hide your face? I worked a week straight with no breaks to afford this. All for them to ruin my beauty in 15 minutes time.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face & the luscious decor. Halei (Nurse Practitioner) was very personal, attentive, & informative during my free consult to address my skin care concerns! Ultimately after my consult, I went with the CO2 resurfacing service (the Gold Standard in Laser Resurfacing!) Wow did this treatment make my skin glow!! Halei did an exceptional job making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She was also accessible for any post treatment care questions. If your thinking about resurfacing services to reduce fine lines, sun spots, etc., I HIGHLY recommend the CO2 service by Halei at Serenity Med Aesthetics!! If you're looking for lashes- then Hannah (Lash Expert) is your girl! Her room at Serenity Med Aesthetics is so cozy & inviting. She offers a variety of lash volumes & styles. I went with the "classic" lash set & I loved their subtle flirty! I've had lash extensions many times in the past & I was very pleased with the high quality product used & retention of the lashes! With good care, my classic lash set lasted me a ~3/4 weeks before any noticeable shedding (even with my natural lash regrowth)! They really focus on every detail at this office! From the ambiance the minute you walk in, throughout your personalized consult, to the exceptional services provided! I highly recommend both Halei & Hannah at Serenity Med Aesthetics!

Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. Jennifer DiPerio and her staff got us through the Pandemic, got us in quickly if a "tooth problem" came up, and helped keep our teeth and gums healthy.
