They offer you one free pair of stickers to cover your eyes. No thanks. Don't need to rip out my eyelashes!). So I have not used the beds and this review is not about the beds and the bulbs or cleanliness of the rooms, etc. However, the lobby was very clean! The staff was super friendly and upbeat! She answered all of my questions about the goggles, indoor tanning lotions, and gave me recommendations. On days I'm not going to the gym, but want to go tanning, I will have to come back here and try out their beds! I'll update my review when I do so. By the way, indoor tanning eye protection goggles are about $5.75 (including tax).

She spent a good 10 - 15 mins. doing the dermaplane (which she did a very good job). So if you are adding on a service and paying for it, it should not take time away from your original service. The facial itself was disappointing, it consisted of serval products applied to my face and hot towels. I have much better facials for less! You are paying for the name and the experience. However, I have been to several other spas that are just as nice or nicer. Such a shame!

Sarah is so very knowledgeable about all thing Skin. I've traveled to many high end spa's all over…read morethe US. The professionalism and quality of the service I receive from Sarah at Love Beautiful Skin does not compare with the other spa services in all the high end spas I've visited. I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! She's my Angel and I'm so very grateful to her not only for taking such good care of my Skin, but quite frankly she may have saved my life. Thank you Sarah

After I was already scheduled for 10:00 with requested females you called me leaving me a voicemail that you had to move my appointments to 11:30, but said everything we talked about would be the same. I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person's religion or trauma! Thanks a lot!
