In my 30 days, I noticed better skin, better circulation in my legs, and my scar from my C-section from four years ago is almost completely gone! The 15 minutes per day have been relaxing and given me a boost to push through our busy evenings with the kids. It has truly been something I can do to fill my cup and provide myself with the much-needed self-care. This 30 days of Red-Light Therapy was suggested by a staff member at American Tanning, and I am so happy with the results I have had. The staff at American Tanning are well informed, caring, and feel like family when you walk in each day.
