The booking experience was so easy! We had a quick phone consult and I was quickly out at ease that this session was going to be exactly what I was looking for. She follows very safe measures when handling your baby, practices great hygiene and cleanliness the entire session and wore a mask. I loved how prepared she was when we walked in with all the little baby sets set up based off what I described to her I wanted. I sent her Inspo photos and she did as many as she could and more. She is really pleasant to work with and gives you so much freedom to pick and choose from her large selection of swaddles, blankets and props. She even has gowns and outfits for moms and siblings to use for family photos! I loved how she had everything you would need for changing baby, postpartum needs and lots of snacks and drinks. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media.
