I hate to be negative.... But my experience was not so good. I bought a pair of glasses that have…read moretransitional lenses. They still have yet to get the far vision clear for me. Also, I can't read with them. I told them and they gave me another exam but still do not have it right. OK. But, they haven't followed thru to ask if I had any problems. I had to call them!!!! Then, they have yet to call back!!! I paid a lot for these and expected better service. Was told I would be satisfied and they would stay on it until I was. I will not go back... Had been a patient for a few years so this took me by surprise. The young lady that is on the exam side is really nice. The manager of the glasses section leaves some to be desired when it come to customer service.
