Had an appointment with Dr. Verhoog. Had heard amazing good things as about him from patient…read more reviews and also his surgical staff. I was really looking forward to meeting him. I arrived at my appointment with my husband. We were taken to an exam room. Dr Verhoog came in. Did not introduce himself, (I have never met him), did not greet me or my husband. Asked me what was going on with my knee. I gave him a brief summery of thr issue. He did a physical exam. Said he would get x rays. Walked out of the room. I had the x rays done there in the office. Went back to the exam room. Dr Vorhoog came back in, sat in front of the computer, brought the x rays up. Explained that I have severe arthritis, bone spurs. Then gave me a BMI chart, circling my number, which is high, something that I obviously know. Told me this can cause an eight times more likely blood clot. Then told me "I was like an old car, how much money did I want to put in it". I was stunned at his la k of professional manner, his rudness, lack of basic courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be going back to him. So disappointed. In addition, I have worked with Dignoty Health for many years, and to be treated so poorly by a professional in my "medical Family " was even more upsetting.

The phlebotomists are insanely good at their jobs, you cant even feel the needle while they do bloodwork. The women who run the check in desk in urgent care are so polite, as well as the doctors. Ive never had doctors push so hard to get me the help I need. Today I had my most recent appointment. A follow up on my new medication dose and a bit of blood work again. My doctor took into account the bad side effects I had been getting from my current medication and set me up with a daily preventative that also helps with the side effects from my migraine medication. The doctors here are such amazing people and they really work hard for their patients.

I had Dr. Stephens through an admit at the hospital for emergency surgery…read more As a physician she is known to be very well liked as a skilled surgeon within the medical community. Being a RN, I've worked at the hospital and with a fellow surgeon who respected her incredible talent. My surgery went very well and there were no complications. She is very professional and explains procedures pre and post op very thoroughly. Personality wise she is a lot like other surgeons. She is very curt, somewhat cold if you will. She's not there to be your friend, but to enhance, if not save your life. If there is one downfall in her practice, it would have to be her staff. Her Medical Assistant can be quite rude at times. If you can deal with her, you can deal with the Doctor. The only reason I give her 4 out of 5 stars is due to her staff. She, in and of herself, deserves all 5 stars!

By far, Arons Chiropractic is the BEST chiropractor practice that I've ever been to…read more This morning I was greeted kindly by Rosie who runs the front office. Even with a mask on, I could tell she was smiling. The office and patient rooms are spacious and very clean, and my wait time was only a few minutes. Score! Soon after completing a few quick forms and paying a small fee, Hunter walked me into a patient room. She was friendly, took her time asking the right questions to better address the locations of discomfort and the pain level in each area. She was so professional and knowledgeable, I thought she was the doctor herself! A few moments later, Dr. Scott introduced himself... and let me tell you he's full of positive energy, easy to talk with and a master of his arts. Before adjusting me, I received electric stem and weighted heat therapy to relax my muscles. Next Dr. Scott adjusted me accordingly - and he knows what he's doing! After the adjustment, therapy cream was applied and followed with a massaging instrument. It's been six hours since my treatment... all the constant pain I've carried over the last four years has vanished. I asked Dr. Scott when I should return... he said to listen to my body, that my body will let me know. Upon leaving, there was zero surprise fees and zero pressure to commit to another appointment. Being seen by Dr. Scott was an incredible experience. I feel alive again. Thanks for reading.
