I hate to be negative.... But my experience was not so good. I bought a pair of glasses that have transitional lenses. They still have yet to get the far vision clear for me. Also, I can't read with them. I told them and they gave me another exam but still do not have it right. OK. But, they haven't followed thru to ask if I had any problems. I had to call them!!!! Then, they have yet to call back!!! I paid a lot for these and expected better service. Was told I would be satisfied and they would stay on it until I was. I will not go back... Had been a patient for a few years so this took me by surprise. The young lady that is on the exam side is really nice. The manager of the glasses section leaves some to be desired when it come to customer service. read more

Need new front desk people!! I was just told I haven't been seen since 2017 which isn't true. The girl didn't even ask me my name! I said "you want my name cuz you got the wrong patient pulled up. Even worse--- Now they collect all fees up front if you have VSP and then you get reimbursed later??? All I wanted was my contacts! read more

Sadly they don't do what they say or stick to their warranty. We'll be finding someplace new to go.

This is a beautiful facility with very friendly staff and a welcoming environment. My mother and I both had appointments on the same day within half an hour of each other and the doctor spent a fair amount of time with each of us and we still managed to leave together without much waiting. Everything was very well organized and smooth. Part of my exam included dilation and the "dilation room" they leave you to sit in while your eyes are adjusting was so peaceful and relaxing I nearly fell asleep. What kept me awake was a lovely staff member who offered me a fresh cup of hot coffee (plus refills!) and cookies. I almost felt like I was on a little spa mini break instead of a doctor's office. Picking out my frames was fun, the girls working in the boutique were very helpful in deciding on a flattering pair of frames without being pushy. I left feeling very satisfied, taken care of and excited for my new pair of glasses. Only reason I did not give them five stars is that a one hour photo lab on site would have made this place the perfect glasses shopping experience. I'm eager for my new specs and really impatient to have to wait five whole business days to get them! Highly recommended. read more

It has been awhile since I've been in to get my exam done however the last time I did, I could slice the tension in the air with a knife. The Dr is great at what she does as far as patient care but I did hear some comments that I wasn't fond of towards the staff. Other than that It was an okay visit. That was the WORST place I have ever gone for an eye exam!!! I saw the 'doctor' for maybe 5 minutes. The contacts that I can purchase anywhere for $35 were $80 dollars in their office. There went the insurance allowance. Then they tried to tell me that I owe $35 more because the insurance wouldn't pay for the 'evaluation of contacts'. I'm thinking the extra $45 they got for the contacts they ordered for me should just about call us even. They are NOT getting another dime out of me, nor a reccomendation! read more

I had something in my eye. I couldn't figure out what it was and I couldn't get it out. I suffered for 9 hours in pain. I got off worked and called them about 4:45, mind you they close in 15 minutes. To see if they would see me and get this thing out of my eye because I suffered all day long. They said, "come on over". I was beyond greatful for them to see me and the doctor removed the fiber from my eye and I felt a million times better. I can't believe without an appointment and minutes before they closed, they wanted to see me. I'm so impressed by this place!! read more

This is a nice clean updated optometrist office with a large glasses showroom and newer equipment. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The doctor was very helpful determining what lenses were ideal for me and even gave me a trial pair to make sure. They handled insurance quickly and easily and could tell me right away what my cost would be. Get your eyes checked regularly and go here! read more
