They SPRAY SHIT IN THE CAR AND CALL IT CLEAN. This company should be ashamed of themselves. My reservation was not in the computer, they were not sure what they had. REALLY? Hertz tried to browbeat us into buying extra insurance. I had to call my insurance company and put them on the phone to avoid paying the extra $175 fee for additional insurance. Then they only offered one car, a Nissan Sentra at $22 per day, even though our insurance coverage allowed us $30 for a bigger car. We needed a bigger car to take our grandson while our daughter was delivering a baby. We have never been treated this way by Enterprise. By the way, I have a Hertz Number 1 account, so my profile should have been clear. When our dealer offered us a loaner car, we brought this rental back the next day.

K&B did a good job for me initially, and then delivered above and beyond excellent service after…read more When my car was hit while parked during an ice storm, K&B towed it and repaired it...no problem. Several weeks later, my car wouldn't start and stranded me in my neighborhood. I thought it might be related to the repair, so I contacted K&B. They came out, checked my car, towed it back in, ran multiple diagnostic tests. The problem was not due to anything they did, but they made sure they found out what was going on and got my car into a nearby mechanic for repair. I don't know of any other body shop that would go this far above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That's fair and honest customer service in my book and should be in anybody's. I will never deal with Enterprise ever again after the shit show today. First of all, this branch…read morestraight up smells like pee and the line was crazy long with only two people working. So after a car accident is a harrowing time enough and Enterprise did not make it easier at all. I lost my wallet and was issued a temporary drivers license card from penndot until my actual one came in. Well this, coupled with my passport, wasn't good enough for Enterprise. It's good enough if I get pulled over, it's good enough to get on a plane, it's good enough to rent a car from literally everywhere else, but not good enough for Enterprise! I could understand if I didn't have a passport or any other photo ID on me that matched the card, but I did. So what's the problem. So after waiting in line for a half hour I was told I could not rent a car, super frustrating. And they really had no good reason other than "that's our policy." Well your policy blows and doesn't make any sense. I even called Enterprise corporate who were equally unhelpful. They said basically that each branch makes up their own rules and I'd have to call each individual branch to find out who would accept my (legit, government issued) documentation. Come to find out, a few months prior my sister wasn't allowed to rent a car from them because the address on her license didn't match that on her paperwork, as she had just moved. Who cares??? Enterprise says they have the best customer service but they made a bad situation worse. Thankfully they aren't the only game in town and plenty of other rental car agencies were willing to accept my (legit, government issued) documentation.
