I hate leaving a bad review here but I really don't think i'll be able to come back here to get my hair cut. Made an appointment a week ago for Manny. I have a disease that doesn't allow me to be in the sun for long lengths of time, hence why I made an appointment. Came in about 5-10 minutes early and let the guy know I was here for my 1:30 appointment and he told me it was with him and that he'd be with me as soon as he finished the guy he was working on. I'm no barber and I don't claim to be but i'm pretty sure he had JUST started on the other customers haircut...5 minutes before I was scheduled. I guess i'm confused on why they would even book appointments if they're just gonna take walk-ins or overlap their appointments. Either way i'm pretty bummed. Not great customer service and made me feel like I wasn't really welcomed there. read more

WASTE OF TIME. Booked an appointment for today via an app. they advertise here. The app. said they had an appointment available for 9. I get to the shop and the barber I scheduled is there, outside of the shop. He did not have a key to get in the shop. We both wait a few minutes and no one with a key shows up. The barber then tells me someone texted him saying they'll be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes pass by and nothing. At this point he tells me the person that was going to come open is not coming anymore and the owner would come in at 10. 1 hour later than what I scheduled. And he told me this 25 minutes after waiting outside. Terrible business, waste of time. read more

Ive just started getting my hair cut by Efren, and he is by far the best barber I've been too; he has the cleanest fades I've ever seen. And trust me I was in the Marine Corps and have been getting a straight razor fade every Sunday for 5 years and Efren blows all of those barbers out of the water with quality, and friendliness. Came in here to get my son a hair cut, mind you he's 5 so a hair cut for him wouldn't have taken long.. they do appointments but also "accept walk-ins".. there were a few barbers on. so I walk in and there was a barber taking a client. The see me walk in and don't acknowledge me nor say one word not even a "welcome in" or anything. So I sit down and I'm waiting 5 min then 10 min go by as there are barbers just talking away and chit chatting with the clients and literally 20-25 min go by and ask me if I'm there for a haircut for my son and they have the audacity to tell me then that they are closed and aren't taking no more clients. And there was a barber who said That they are off the clock, like understand if you're off the clock and you saw me walk in it wouldn't have taken anything to tell me y'all are closed and have me waiting for 20 min. Why have the open sign up and the doors open????. I got up and walked out and they were laughing. Those barbers don't know good costumer service nor communication much less professionalism! Never stepping foot here again nor recommending anyone here. This place is a joke. read more

Trendy or professional cuts, no matter what grade of hair or ethnicity...the guy can cut it all. And if your not sure or cant quite explain the cut you want...Ivan somehow knows. Worst experience ever , fucked up my haircut , line up, and worst customer service ever. Chubby Mexican guy in the first chair. I asked him for a mid fade and he raised my hair like a buzz cut (picture this I have long hair on top) I also asked for a clean up only and he raised my hairline and made me seem like I had a huge forehead. This place is weak. I made an appointment with specific barber. As soon as I got there, the barber passed me to another barber with subpar haircut skills. I went there looking for a new barber.. When I entered I was barley acknowledged. The level of unprofessional ism was obvious when I heard the cursing rap music.. It was toward the end of the day and I was told that there was a person in front of me after he was done cutting the hair of the guy he was currently working on .. Ok I'll wait I thought.. Well my son also needed a cut so I went down to the ATM and sent him to a different place to get his hair cut.. When I retuned the barber was still cutting the same persons hair (about 35 min have went by) so I waited some more and then went to pick up my son.. His haircut was done.. When I went back.. THE SAME GUY WAS STILL IN THE CHAIR!! It had been an hour at this point and I wasn't about to wait another hour for a haircut. The place was not well kept and they did not seem to really care if they gained any new customers.. They were taking their sweet time talking all casual like I was not there waiting... Won't go back, and I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

Andrew is my go to guy. I usually like to book the appointment 2-3 weeks ahead of time. Steve is the only one that does straight razor shaves. Its by appointment only. They do great. No complaints on my end. Very friendly shop. Just make sure you bookyour next appointment after youre done with the current one. read more
