If you're of a certain age you can remember getting old fashioned photos done and then having to wait around while it developed. In the 21st century Servant's is digital and the picture is done by the time you've changed your clothes. The staff is friendly and the cost more than fair. If I were going to offer a suggestion to make it better, I'd say have men's clothes that are not civil war uniforms. but otherwise. it is lots of fun and worth the visit.

I had booked them and with her photographer backing out right before her wedding said call Keen, maybe they will be able to jump in since it's a Friday. Sure enough they did and it was STUNNING. I knew coming in to my day what Chantel stays on point, that woman will do whatever she needs to get the shot and she will not fail you if you have shots you want, I don't know how but with such a tight timeline they do it all. I've now experienced Derek as a photographer and our videographer. His excitement makes you freaking excited. He constantly is pumped about the shot , makes you feel like a movie star. They both are the most PASSIONATE people I ever met. Above and beyond ... they do more. They do way more. I mean endless hours and then hours and hours of editing. They are a dream team ( seriously I don't know how as husband and wife you do what you do without frustration , but you two are adorable side by side). I can't imagine what I would have done had I not found them through word of mouth. I am gushing inside writing this. Seriously from our first meeting in Starbucks I knew you two were it. I knew you had it under control. They also had great costumes and props. I'm a bit bigger and was a tad bit worried that the outfits wouldn't fit me but I had a gorgeous purple dress that fit great! The prices also weren't bad for what we got. I had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place if you're in town!

Capt (promoted to Major for the photo) wore the Cav boots he'd literally just bought at Maryland Sutler. Otherwise they have tons of different outfits so you can become almost anything. It was my idea to go with the empty chair to honor our son Nicholas (1995-2014), also a reenactor. The owner was more than willing to accommodate any remembrance we wanted to place there. We also wore the little memorial ribbons friends made for his funeral (we all dressed period correct for it & the visitation). Watching the plate develop at the end was such a unique experience. We've had photos done over the years but this was the best one. Sooo glad we did this here.
