He was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely looking out for me throughout the entire process. Even with my tight turnaround time, Aaron helped me find a great place in a timely manner and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. I'm incredibly grateful for all his help and would highly recommend working with him and his crew!

Seattle Rental Group was great in connecting me with fantastic agents who helped me find a great…read moreapartment in Seattle. I was relocating from New Mexico, and they made the entire search so easy. Bree sent over a curated list of apartments that matched my price range and my amenity and feature requirements. She also provided information about each neighborhood, which was incredibly helpful since I was moving from out of state. The day I arrived in my new city, our other agent, Kristi, picked us up and gave us a six-hour tour of the places we had selected. Additionally, she was an advocate for us throughout the process. She asked the tough questions of the leasing agents on our behalf to help ensure we got the apartment we wanted. She asked questions we hadn't even thought of, so it truly felt like she was on our side rather than pressuring us to choose a place. She was amazing. Even before I signed my lease, I had additional questions, and Kristi was there to answer those as well. Both Bree and Kristi were fantastic. They even handled turning down the apartments we decided not to select, which was one less thing for us to worry about during a major move. Great service all around! They made relocating to Seattle and finding an apartment so much easier.

We were often promised info like "what happened at open house" but we never received it. The final price of our houses was good, but we put large amounts of money and time into them so I'm not sure how much was because of them. We were never told anything, so it's hard to know what they did. Their mortgage broker was not good. He almost didn't get the closing date and we would have been homeless for a few days. He also pulled $10K more on the down payment from our sale, than what had asked for and that has really strained our move. Jonathan helped us buy our current house and he was fantastic! I can't say enough about him. He was in constant contact with us and really went above and beyond.

When it came time to list our property, we simply sent an email, and within a few days the lease was signed with a qualified tenant. It was truly a hands-free experience. When maintenance issues arise, he addresses them promptly and professionally, never leaving anything unresolved. He's also built a trusted team of maintenance specialists and contractors who are experts in their respective fields. We recommend him highly.

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

They insist on doing all communication on a proprietary platform, which requires you establish a login (a truly unnecessary annoyance for simple questions containing no sensitive information). I attempted to give feedback by phone, and admittedly I was annoyed, but my sole point of contact Elmer repeatedly interrupted me in the process, talking over me, to tell me I was wrong. Realizing he had no interest in either my question or my feedback, I hung up before I even got the answer because I was getting angry. I recognize Elmer is an attorney, and is listed in his email signature as such, and as the GM so I'm guessing he has a higher opinion of what he has to say than what a customer is asking. In my opinion, he was condescending, and uninterested in feedback, about a friction point in a key part of the customer experience. This is the first time I've ever given a one star review, but I would absolutely not recommend.

And when they finally did answer, the day before signing, I didn't have enough time to coordinate with my bank to get the money from the sale deposited into the account that I preferred. Any decent escrow company/officer would have answered questions promptly and sent the forms ahead of time so we'd be prepared. Furthermore, they sent a notary to my house who announced that she was unvaccinated (by choice)!! We have a 5 yr old who CAN'T be vaccinated yet so having an unvaccinated person come to our house and sit at our kitchen table for an hour puts our child at risk. It was awkward and we were put on the spot to complete a signing we were uncomfortable with. Overall a very bad experience. Steer clear of CW Title and Escrow.

Initially we wanted to take our time renovating, and listing at a later date, but Rob suggested we do an initial walk through Lynnwood to evaluate the 'must do' renovations that would get us the most return versus the misc. items that didn't really matter at end. We listened wholeheartedly and rallied to get the house painted, windows washed, and some power washing to make the house sparkling. Rob suggested we hold off on renovating the cabinets and tiles, and let the new home owners deicide how they wanted to do it themselves. This kind of sound practical advice saved us thousands of dollars, and months of renovation time. We were able to list our house pretty quickly - and after explaining to us his strategy to capture the most amount of interest at a certain price bracket - ultimately netted us a significant all cash above list price offer with a 2 week quick close. We would absolutely recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. You would not find a better of folks looking out for your best interests. Thank you Rob, Lessa, and Kristina!!

They live in the Crown Hill neighborhood (NE Ballard). And in the conversations that followed, we all agreed that there was room for us in their lives as very active, day-to-day grandparents. A month later, my wife discovered a beautiful townhouse just one block away. We lived in a beautiful view house up from the Swedish Cultural Center in Westlake. While that's not far from Crown Hill, the difference between a 20+ minute drive and a one-block walk is immense when trying to create a three-generation family. To make what could be a very long and great story shorter, in the next frantic nine months, Eva guided us through a process that involved: - Organizing the huge amount of remodel and landscaping work that was required to turn our 20 year old, well lived-in home into the $2.85M house that we eventually put on the market. (Almost all of the work was done by contractors that she connected us with.) - Helped us find a temporary lodging option that permitted us to move out of our non-former home so that it could be shown and sold. - Selling our house. The house closed just two and a half months after she started showing it, during a fairly difficult market for sellers. - Guiding us through the process of purchasing the townhouse that we originally fell in love with, which was magically still on the market. (This was the last of three identical townhouses that didn't sell during the difficult market. By the time our house sale finally closed, one was still left, at a considerable discount off it's original selling price. However, just as we were about to move, two other potential buyers showed up. So instead of guiding us through hard bargaining for an even lower price, she managed us in a bidding war.) Eva was outstanding In all aspects of this saga. My wife and I would highly recommend her as a realtor, at least with the sort of high-end property transactions that she helped us with.

Then when signing papers, they told me "it'd be corrected by tomorrow when it all settles". Guess what - it wasn't corrected. After following up with them to ask what happened and why they ignored my email, they said "Sorry, we goofed, but you now have to wait for the bank to send you the check. It'll be 20 business days." An error that I caught and notified them of was ignored, and now $2500 that was erroneously paid to the bank instead of us and all we get is a "sorry sucks to be you." Every real estate transaction I've been privy to has had calculation errors (can title companies not do math??), but this was a bad error, caught, and ignored. Not OK.
