Peace,…read more Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and technically skilled. He took the time to work through my computer issues, and I appreciate his expertise and customer service. He is the reason I'm giving this business three stars. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mr. Knox was disappointing. During my visit, he expressed the opinion that security measures like strong passwords, two-factor authentication, email or SMS verification, and facial recognition aren't worthwhile because "hackers are going to hack you anyway." As someone who values protecting my personal information, I found that advice concerning. I believe encouraging customers to use strong security practices is important, especially when working on their computers and accounts. The technical service was good, but the discussion about cybersecurity left me with less confidence than I expected from a computer repair business. Peace

He greeted me and began to help me once he finished with the other customer. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me feedback on finding a tank mate for my larger sized gourami. His insight was helpful. I decided on a black angel fish. I asked Christopher how much they cost. He said $12.99. He then realized that he had misspoke as the black ones are 19.99. He said he would honor the $12.99 and I really appreciated that. They have lots of pets supplies, reptiles & fish, rabbits & Guinea pigs, crickets & rodents, dog and cat food, even vaccines! The only mark I would give against a perfect review is that it smelled like smoke. Not real strong but definitely present. Even still, I am happy to have found a nearby pet store. I will definitely be coming back for pet needs. I'm also thrilled to support a family owned, black owned business.
