First, satff and instructors are very warm and friendly to ALL people that attend. Second, instructors are very knowledgeable esp. professionally re: fitness, any injuries, suggesting helpful modifications, and answer questions re: general health. Finally, they are always encouraging to their class attendants. They check in with new attendees, greet everyone warmly, and have a fun caring sense of humor and personality. If there is the rare class cancellation, they are sure to notify you immediately via e-mail or text (which ever you prefer).
