I enjoy seeing the available items in goodwill. This location is pretty well organized and arranged…read moredisplays well. I was browsing the blankets,, books, workout and business clothing and office decor. Some items still had original tags and were unused. I saw an unopened box of affirmation cards but the date was 2015. I laughed with my friend because technically motivation doesn't expire but I still didn't get it lol. I purchased a cute pink sign that says "Dream Big" for my office. It was $4. The pricing has gone up at goodwill. I always look for deals and compare prices. Seeing the asking price for DONATED items and knowing how much things cost brand new really surprised me. I know more people thrift shop but I thought the store was meant to be affordable than purchasing new. Some prices were ridiculous. Clothing from fashion nova and shein were there and the price is what you can pay online. So, just be mindful and shop smart. It's useful if no credit card or no time to wait for shipping. Nothing stood out about service. I only spoke to someone at checkout and he was nice. It was a brief interaction. I don't know if the specific store sets the price or the brand has some required go by pricing sheet. I'm going 3 stars mainly for pricing. Everything is not affordable to all and for free items, it should be.

What a gem I'm already excited to come back!! We were out and about and randomly decided to stop in…read moreto check out the Consignment Shack and WOW! They house "East County Vinyl" inside which has such an extensive collection of both new and used vinyls that are all priced SO well - we walked out with 5 used vinyls under $30, SCORE (two of them were priced at just $2)! We've already tried playing all 5 of them and they were in pristine condition. Walked into the back and they have a really nice assortment of furniture, art, books, a small rack of clothing, vintage decor and collection pieces alike, all of which were priced very well!! Even though the clothing rack was small, I found this really cool Padres shirt :) The gentleman working today was also very kind and helpful, he even offered to hold the vinyls we found up at the register so we could continue perusing around the store. The consignment and vintage market, especially in San Diego, marks up prices but the Consignment Shack makes it affordable for all! Can't wait to come back!!!

It felt like the old school days browsing through old records and finding great deals... unlike other stores where they overcharge. The owner was sweet and very welcoming which was appreciated. I was able to find a few vinyls to add to my slow growing collection. The other side was more of the consignment area, offering a variety of items, from comic books, to vintage Barbie's, to furniture and more. When I make it back to this area, I will definitely stop by again.

It's fun to go and find new varieties of fruit you didn't know existed. I do with some Pitaya was buyable but we got other items. We got some tacos, refreshing drinks and plants. We always go for the plants. I got 5 tomato plants and they're thriving. $4 each! Usually you can work on deals. We go to explore and get sunglasses and anything for tourists coming to visit. MAKE SURE IF YOU BRING YOUR DOG IT ISNT WALKING ON THE HOT PAVEMENT or I'll definitely judge you. It's hot as hellllll there. Keep the dogs at home or in your bag or wearing shoes.

Admission is very affordable--only $1 per person (I remember when it used to be about fifty cents They're typically open early morning and close around 2 PM on weekends, and they're only open on Saturdays & Sundays. What I love most about this place is the variety. There are rows and rows of vendors selling just about everything you can imagine. From fruit trees and fresh produce to yard sale treasures, mattresses, furniture, and even brand-new items it's like a giant treasure hunt. If you enjoy browsing and negotiating, many vendors are open to bargaining on prices. There are also plenty of food and drink stands if you need a snack while walking around. The restrooms are available and surprisingly clean and well stocked. Overall, it's a great place to shop, explore, and definitely get your steps in because there's so much to see. I'd highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy swap meets or bargain hunting.
