These guys like to play music at 8:00Am and wake up the entire neighborhood. They're extremely inconsiderate.

Believe me, stay away from this church. I was falsely…read moreaccused of being a shooter at Saint Hugh church while attending with a parent. The worker who accused me discussed nasty topics without confirming if I'm 18+ or not and without my parent's permission, and I was separated from my parent WITHOUT their permission (it's not only creepy but also illegal). And even worse, the person who falsly accused me of being a shooter is the elder woman in charge of the church. That doesn't sound like a professional way to act when your in a position like that, you are supposed to have common sence and think before you act. She deserves to be fined or jailed for the offence. I am going to make this clear, I will not tolerate being falsly accused of being a shooter or any other sick and twisted lies that you come up with Believe me, Do Not come to this church. This church is not a safe place

My time spent at this community and school felt like joining a cult. The teachers constantly yell…read moreand play favorites, often singling out students and sending them home in tears. This might be the worst school in the archdiocese. They preach about God and his values, but they can't even set a proper example. The teachers are childish and don't know how to teach children properly; they often act out and lose their temper when a child needs help. It seems like most of the teachers enjoy seeing kids struggle and get in trouble. They give unreasonable punishments, and spending time at this school actually strengthened my relationship with God and my goal of getting into Heaven, because I experienced hell on earth. They also threaten to kick you out if you don't/can't show up to school events. Do not send your child here if you actually care about their well-being.

Disappointed…read more School: I enrolled my two daughters last year, one in Kindergarten and the other in 1st grade. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed with the experience that I withdrew them just one month into the school year. My youngest, starting Kindergarten, was expected to know how to read from day one. The class was tested with multiple-choice questions on the first day, and if answers weren't correct, students were placed in timeout. She was even told directly that she wasn't doing well, which severely impacted her self-esteem. She was placed in timeout daily for unreasonable reasons, for example, not mimicking a YouTube dance video perfectly during playtime. Her teacher, who was new, offered no constructive feedback and only stated, "We are preparing her for first grade." But Kindergarten is supposed to teach children how to read, including sight words, not punish them for not knowing how on day one. At pickup, I was repeatedly told in front of my daughter that "she didn't do well today." It felt demeaning and inappropriate. When I raised these concerns with school leadership, I was told, "This is our curriculum. No changes will be made." At that point, I politely let them know that my children would no longer be attending. Camp: We had tried the camp the year before. It was extremely expensive, and nearly everything was an additional cost, including activities and meals. Popcorn, snow cones, hamburgers, hot dogs, the activity of the day, usually runs $20 (water day, field trips). We paid for McDonald's Happy Day $7 for a 4-piece nugget meal (which does not cost $7), and my kids came home without the toy. I asked and they said it was removed. A few days later, the camp store was selling the toys for $1. Shameful. Funny part, not many were purchased, so by the end of camp, they were giving them away. They sell everything at the camp store like a Goodwill. I understand that they were trying to raise funds for school, but that's just tacky. Without paying for extras, the kids spent most of their time either sitting inside watching movies or running in circles on the track under the Miami heat. My children described it as "feeling like going to prison." The counselors were mostly teenagers with little oversight or engagement.

The camp is cheaper than others, and of course it has convenient hours for working parents. The…read moreadministration is a mess. There is a guy (main admin guy) that is rude and a lier. If you call the 30 phone numbers they give you as contact (all the "counselors") nobody picks up the phone... better call the main church office. My son is 10 years old and does not like it. They do not do all the activities they tell you the kids do. I gave this camp a 3 stars because my 6 year old had a good time (she takes her own toys to keep busy) I will never put them at this camp again, I rather pay top dollar and my children have fun. for a baby sitting camp, I rather take them to their grandma's house, she baby sits better . So think about what you want for your kids.

It's super close to home, my little one has only been here less than 1 month and so far I'm thrilled. It's a Christian school also so that perk is great. I love the fact of having her here. Her teacher is wonderful "Mrs. Chavez" she's super sweet and patient. As an older mom of 1, I'm a worry wort but Mrs Chavez always makes me feel great. I gotta say that the other teachers and after school staff are the best! Everyone is so nice and it's just a wonderful ambiance. I'm very happy so far.
