When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer???
