When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer??? Also, it was working properly up until approximately one month ago, not 5 years ago. You apparently didn't hear that either.

He still has that persona that it takes to be a successful attorney in this circus we call a justice system, but i also believe he has something else. It is more than heart. It is something hard to explain, but of you are lucky enough to have him as your attorney you will see it. My case is a very complicated divorce/custody/support ect.. that has been lingering on and on for almost 6 years. I had a consultation with him very upset and worried about the welfare of my child. He could not make my hearing officer date, but he calmed me down enough to where he could give me the best advise possible and when i came out of the court room the next day i had been awarded more than the ex was trying to take. I shared my happy news with him and was ready to set that retainer down and hire me a new lawyer. He wouldnt take it. Said i didnt need to spend that money to hire him it would be a waste. What???
